Privacy policy
SEOWrix (seowrix.com) is a content research and writing tool operated by AppMasry. This page explains what we store, why, and who processes it.
What we store
- Accounts: your email, name, a hashed password and an encrypted two-factor secret.
- Security logs: sign-in attempts with IP address and time, used to protect accounts and the IP allow-list.
- Your work: keywords, research results, briefs, articles, versions, notes and the cost of each run.
Cookies
We use one sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on SEOWrix.
Services that process data for us
To research and write, SEOWrix sends keywords, public web pages and draft text to: OpenAI and Anthropic (writing and checks), Serper and DataForSEO (search results and keyword data), Perplexity (fact lookups) and, once connected, the Google Ads API (keyword volumes). We send them only what a task needs. Account details and passwords are never sent to them.
When we use the Google Ads API, we only read keyword ideas and search volumes for our own planning. We do not create or change ad campaigns and we do not share or resell that data.
Where data is kept and for how long
Data is stored in our own database on our own server. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days. Keyword data is cached for up to 30 days. Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. Your content is never used to train AI models by us.
